Long-Term Rentals Only
Truelo is built for long-term residential rentals — not short-term, nightly, or vacation stays. Here's what that means in practice.
One-month minimum
The minimum tenancy term on Truelo is one month. Every listing's rental duration starts at month-to-month — there is no way to list, and no way to book, anything shorter. You may not use Truelo to advertise or arrange a short-term, nightly, weekly, vacation, or tourist stay, and you may not offer "flexible" or "any length" terms shorter than one month.
Enforcement
Listings that describe or imply a stay shorter than one month — including wording like "nightly," "per night," "weekend," "short stay," "Airbnb," or "flexible duration" — are removed. Repeat use of the platform for short-term stays can result in account suspension.
What Truelo doesn't do
Truelo does not take bookings, does not process a reservation or payment for your stay, and does not record how many nights you stay in a room. Rent, the move-in date, and any deposit are arranged directly between the landlord and tenant, off the platform.
